We need several volunteers to help make the conference run smoother. Compensation is based on the position and it’s duty.

CONFERENCE COORDINATOR

We need an onsite coordinator for the conference from Thursday Oct 31st through Sunday afternoon, November 3rd.

YOU:

  • Organized, motivated and full of energy
  • Able to take directions and corrections with ease (you’ve taken Lycopodium recently! Homeopath humor!)
  • Over-see check-in of students/participants to the conference beginning Thursday early evening and some late ones on Friday (“Registrant” will be a separate volunteer position)
  • Must arrive by midday Thursday October 31, 2019
  • Coordinate all onsite deliveries, Audio/visual support and other volunteers
  • Helps participants with facility questions/problems
  • Coordinates with grounds manager for problems during conference
  • Reports to Christina Mueller

COMPENSATION:

  • Free admission to the entire conference ($299 value)

PHOTOGRAPHER

We want have a few requests from the photographer. We ask that you have some experience as an amateur photographer (minimum) and that you have your own equipment that you can bring with you. Must arrive by Thursday evening, October 31st to have meeting with the Muellers. You will report directly to the Muellers throughout the conference.

PHOTOS:

  • Manfred and Christina presenting
  • of the audience actively listening
  • candid shots of people talking/interacting (for both keepsakes and posterity)
  • photos of the “Saturday Evening Soiree”

VIDEO – SOUND BITES:

  • 1-2 minute long Sound bites/videos of conference being presented that you can IMMEDIATELY upload to our social media and youtube platforms (we will give you access) to help us advertise. These would also be saved for later use for advertising.
  • During breaks, make candid testimonial VIDEOS and post then to our social media sites (twitter, facebook, youtube) and have them available to us to use at a later date.

MEDIA DELIVERY AFTER CONFERENCE

You provide all photos and videos on a media stick (thumb drive) to The Muellers.

LIVE STREAM CHAT COORDINATOR

We need a volunteer to coordinate the live chat Q & A during the 2 1/2 day presentation.You will be “The Voice of God” off screen asking us questions that come in from the Live-Stream viewers from around the world. Must arrive by Thursday evening, October 31st and be ready to go first thing on Friday morning, November 1st!

YOU:

  • Organized, articulate and well spoken
  • Can easily speak up, interrupt and ask a question at the appropriate timing (no timid Pulsatilla, Baryta Carb or Silica types! HA! Homeopathic humor!)
  • Loud, clear voice
  • Comfortable with computer technology
  • Coordinate and work in tandem with the Videography crew
  • Report to the “Conference Coordinator”

REGISTRANT

We need someone to greet and check in all the attendees, give them name badges and goody bags. You must arrive by midday Thursday, October 31st to begin check-in around 4pm that day.

YOU:

  • Organized and friendly, pleasant personality
  • Cool under the pressure of having 10 people standing in line waiting in front of you!
  • Report to the “Conference Coordinator”
  • Check in times will be Thursday 4-6pm, 7-8:30pm and then Friday “on call”. You can have a table in the back of the conference room that you man during breaks so as not disturb anyone.
