PAYMENT

Payment for online registration can be made by credit card only.  Wire transfers are not accepted for individual registrations. Onsite payment methods are credit card or cash only.  Full payment must accompany all registrations and registration will not be final until payment is received.

FOR LIVE-STREAMING EVENTS:

There are many factors that can influence the outcome of streaming an event, with the main reason for failure being the connection speed of the individual viewing/streaming. Because we record and make available for later viewing all events that are “live-streamed”, we will not issue refunds for any problems that happen during live streaming. The exception to this is when the fault is the result of the broadcasting crew which may result in failure to record an event.

FOR ALL CONFERENCE IN-PERSON ATTENDANCE:

NATURAL DISASTER: We will hold our events, rain, snow or shine. In the event of catastrophic weather or events (tornado, hurricane, blizzard, fire, etc) then you may 1. request either a refund in full, 2. put your registration fee towards the next event, 3. turn your registration fee into scholarship for someone who cannot afford the registration fee (for the next scheduled event)

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY: There will be a $75 processing fee for all refunds.  Refunds may not be processed until after the meeting.  Refund may be requested up to 3 weeks prior to the conference start day.  There are no refunds for ticketed or social events. If you need to cancel, in lieu of forfeiting your registration fee, you may choose one of the following options: 1. find someone else to come in your place or 2. turn your registration fee into scholarship for someone who cannot afford the registration fee (for the next scheduled event).
